Having read about the wider toe box, I decided to size down and opted for the 5. That was a good call, and I think the 6 would have been far too big on me.Styling-wise, Im vibing more with neutral tones these days and I love that I can throw these on with anything. Despite sizing down, the Keen Targhee Apex did not disappoint, and like all other Keen footwear Ive worn, they were immediately comfortable straight out of the box.Ive been on plenty of autumn weekend walks and they didnt leave my feet on a recent holiday to Mull, where they coped brilliantly with wet weather, beach walks and climbing on rocks.Many other reviews mention that these walking shoes are great for those with wide feet, so if you have wider feet, or just like a proper foot-shaped toe box, these could be a good choice.
